Beal Design Builders PTY Ltd operate in all spheres of building and project work including construction of Client designed homes to spec homes.
New homes: Big, small, plain, large complex architectural cutting edge designs.
We have dealt with unusual and difficult sites over the years and are well positioned to demonstrate significant experience in transforming difficult sites into pleasing end results.
We have experience of working on old homes and have taken on and completed some Historic restorations to heritage standards.
We have years of experience in alterations and additions. Basement developments and poptops (adding rooms on top of existing homes).
We can also construct your boundary fences, or deliver an outdoor patio to enhance the indoor outdoor living typical of the Sunshine Coast.
Renovations: Beal Design Builders PTY Ltd has completed significant renovations ,additions and remodelling of existing homes to cater for the needs of physically disabled family members to allow them to continue to live in the family home.
Projects of this style have included:
• Drive- in showers and bathrooms for wheelchair bound clients
• Custom designed and built kitchen at special heights for wheelchair bound clients
• Custom designed laundry for wheelchair bound clients
We have built and installed a number of residential floor to floor lifts to allow access for wheelchairs in multi level homes.
