Beal Design Builders PTY LTD is the partnership between Richard and Sarah Beal.

Richard and Sarah are keen to do more than just complete your project on time and under budget, like the other builders do.  They have a real desire to work with you to build your project and to build a relationship with you that enables them to be aware of and to work to deliver you exactly what you required.

Richard delivers to you a wide range of experience gained from 21 years as a Building Contractor in New Zealand and Australia.   Richard is a Trade Certified Builder in Construction and holds an Australian Licence.

Richard prides himself on delivery to you the client, the highest standard of workmanship excellence.    He has a fantastic eye for detail and the ability to visualise the concept that you want and to translate that idea into the completed project.
    
Richard will also deliver to you a standard of integrity that enables you to be safe as you embark on your project.  He has excellent interpersonal skills, and will listen to you to be sure that he understands your needs and requirements.  Possessed of a great sense of humour the time spent working with this team  will leave you richer for the experience.

Sarah is an experienced and Trained Interior Designer.  Sarah has the ability to listen, understand and focus directly on the client’s requirements. Sarah will co-ordinate colour schemes and styles,  and source fittings and fixtures, appliances, tiles, carpet, drapes and chic finishing touches  to fit the clients budget and brief. She has an an eye for detail and a passion for what she does.
She brings 15 years of experience doing both client and personal designs and has during her extensive travel picked up some creative and unique ideas.

Together Richard and Sarah can provide a broad range of services to allow clients to have a stress-free and better time managed project.  Beal Design Builders are a boutique company which enables greater focus on the clients dreams and aspirations, and works to transform those dreams into a reality. Sarah delivers the feminine touches to Richards more robust delivery, as individuals they are fantastic, as a team dynamic.
